Rivermint Shampoo Return Policy:

* Return Period: Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.
* Product Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as received. It must not have been used or opened.
* Proof of Purchase: A proof of purchase is essential to complete the return.
* Damages or Defects: If the product arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, Rivermint will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement product.
* Return Process: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process the refund via the original payment method.
* Late Refunds: If you haven't received your refund after a reasonable period, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to be officially reflected. * Sale Items: Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.
* Shipping Costs: Unless the product is damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the product. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
