  1. Return Period: Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

  2. Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received. It must not have been used or opened.

  3. Proof of Purchase: A proof of purchase is required to process the return.

  4. Damaged or Defective Products: If the product arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect, Rivermint will cover the return shipping costs and send a replacement product.

  5. Return Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed through the original payment method.

  6. Delayed Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund after a reasonable period, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve followed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at sales@rivermint.us.

  7. Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.

  8. Shipping Costs: Unless the product is damaged or defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
